1 to 1 Training

The most popular and direct way of achieving fitness goals is to receive 1 on 1 training. At Lionheart we offer fully detailed programmes to suit the needs of our clients.

After outlining current lifestyle patterns, exercise history, fitness levels and goals, we create a strategy with you in order to achieve these targets and push further beyond.

Fitness assessments relative to your goals as well as overall strength, endurance and flexibility tests are performed at the beginning and periodically through programmes in order to track progress so you're able to clearly see your results in numbers as well as in your performance.

Small Group Training

Another fantastic way to achieve your goals (and save some money) is to work out with a friend. There is a huge variety of interactive, enjoyable and yet extremely rewarding workouts, perfect for working in groups.

When planning a group programme, we of course treat lifestyle patterns and schedules individually. We do however prefer members of the group to have similar fitness goals in order to get the most out of each workout.
