Personal Training

A very popular and direct way of achieving fitness goals is to receive 1 to 1 personal training. I offer structured and successful programmes to suit the needs of my clients.

After outlining current lifestyle patterns, exercise history, fitness levels and goals, together we create a strategy to achieve these targets and push further beyond.

All your progress is logged on my app, which all my clients have full access to, and are able to access workouts that I have allocated to them. This is especially useful to those clients who also wish to train alone, yet have the benefit of their solo sessions follow the same programming towards their specific goals.

Nutrition Support

Nutrition plays a huge part in how quickly progress in made towards health and fitness goals, and in some cases, it's the most important aspect.

 

I offer a range of nutritional guidance to my clients based on how much they wish to receive. Whether it's a simple protein target, or a full breakdown on ideal macro and kcal targets, I have the knowledge and qualifications to offer sound advice, specific to you based on your goals.

Clients who do wish to log their meals are able to do so on my app which my clients have full access to. 

I also have 6 Lionheart Health & Fitness branded e-cookbooks that my clients are able to have free of charge.
