Basic Package

Typically over an 8 week period. At first we look at your energy expenditure level, lifestyle, eating habits and history with weight management.


Macro calculations are made throughout the programme from the food diary's we provide which you fill in. These calculations allow us to make healthy and progressive recommendations to achieve your goals.

Advanced Package

Typically over an 8 week period. Our advanced package offers everything in our basic package and more. 


A more in depth look at your daily calorie intake through macro calculations and a more hands on approach to achieving your weight management goals..
